    Wow, that superdickery site, my face hurts from grinning. :-)

    But doesn’t Marvel have its own legal dep’t that scours the net for other people using their stuff? Why aren’t they all over Mr Miksch, or is the old stuff not copyrighted?

    Or maybe they just think it’s funny too. ;-P

    I don’t think that this is applicable to legal. One is the age of the publications, as they seem to be quite old, and the second is that reproduction of these materials has to exceed 20%, otherwise it is legal. Not sure if I am interpreting this correctly, but I believe that this is applicable in case of Superdickery.com. And yes, the amount of kicks one can get from Superdickery.com is…priceless :)
