This week we’ve had a special guest from Engineers Without Borders, Christina Larabie, and lovely Jayel Gibson, an author of numerous fantasy novels. Gibson gives us the goods on her current and upcoming novels, and gives up her secrets of writing. Christina hangs out and together we mourn the death of Heath Ledger.

This week’s discussion is all about Hulk and Iron Man. From the world of comics onto the silver screen, we celebrate the two mega-ultra-superheroes, together with Adam McCormick, master of Grey Haven Hobbies in BC, Canada.

Tune in for some precious pearls of wisdom from L. Ron Hubbard, and one and only Schwartzennegger. Grrr.

Irma and Jevon also interview the guys from Cult Pop TV, Jim and Jerry, who are so in love with SciFi that they decided to run away together and make their own TV (okay, it’s not that romantic sounding, but they mentioned romance novels so much that we couldn’t resist.)

We discuss the Crunchy Roll Debacle, Warren Ellis’ Gravel, Second Life’s new AI character “Eddie,” and review this season’s wrap up of TV shows - which one is going to get the axe? Which ones will live to see another season?!

This weeks show features a round table discussion with Jesse Betteridge from Zannen Canada about anime and the new Spectacular Spiderman and why is rocks. First, was an interview with Lillian Diaz-Przybyl from the North American manga and comic company Tokyopop, and then we have Adam, our comic guy who runs Grey Haven Hobbies in White Rock, BC, Canada. We talk manga, gender and comics, the Iron Man movie, The Skrulls, Yaoi, and bunch of other stuff, so enjoy!

Today Irma and Jevon are joined by Jesse Betteridge, the blogger and newsman behind Zannen Canada and we discus anime, the new and fantastic Saturday Morning animated Spectacular Spiderman as well as a host of news, and we finally air a wonderful interview with the good folks at the Akiba Blog, who are now offering their goodness in English!
